Abstract

Both Dengue and Zika virus are common causes of infection for human. Millions of people are affected with the infections. Drugs and vaccines have been developed for them. However, the structural proteomics comparison of the NS2B/NS3 from both viruses is still vague. The main goal of this study is to conduct structural comparison of both proteins, with leveraging standard homology modeling tools. In this end, the outcome will be useful to improve the protein annotation of both Dengue and Zika virus accordingly.
